From the 28 May 2014 the Planning Permission Fee for an New Dwelling is £851. Planning Permission should be gained before any work starts on site and you should generally allow 3 months to gain Planning Permission Approval. Building Control
From the 8 April 2013, the Building Control Fee for a new dwelling is £360. Building Control Plan Approval should be gained before you start any works and you should allow 2 months to gain Building Control Approval. Architect
(Over 20 years experience in residential design) SAP Energy Assessor (Builds an energy model of your dwelling to ensure a cost effective design) Thermal Bridge Assessor (Calculates and minimises heat loss around doors, windows and other junctions which can account for up to 25% of heat loss) Air Leakage Survey Around a third of heat loss is through air leakage. We shall check for air leakage and minimise these losses. Thermal Camera Survey We shall use a thermal camera to ensure there are no gaps in the insulation and construction is of the highest quality. Energy Performance Certificate We can issue an EPC at the completion of the work. |
