Architect: new dwellings
We have also the skills required to design a low energy home or building that will be a lot more comfortable to live in, save on maintenance costs and energy costs.
By combining the skills of architect, SAP Assessor and Thermal Bridge Assessor we are experienced in preparing low energy strategies are cost effective and lower energy bills.
We will also use a thermal camera and door blower fan to ensure the highest build quality of construction by checking for any missing insulation or air leaks in the completed building.
From the 28 May 2014 the Planning Permission Fee for an New Dwelling is £851. Planning Permission should be gained before any work starts on site and you should generally allow 3 months to gain Planning Permission Approval.

We have gained the skills necessary to offer a unique high quality design service in low energy sustainable buildings:
(Over 20 years experience in residential design)
SAP Energy Assessor
(Builds an energy model of your dwelling to ensure a cost effective design)
Thermal Bridge Assessor
(Calculates and minimises heat loss around doors, windows and other junctions which can account for up to 25% of heat loss)
Air Leakage Survey
Around a third of heat loss is through air leakage. We shall check for air leakage and minimise these losses.
Thermal Camera Survey
We shall use a thermal camera to ensure there are no gaps in the insulation and construction is of the highest quality.
Energy Performance Certificate
We can issue an EPC at the completion of the work.
